Since 2018, Sugar Valley has provided high quality support services for young men with developmental disability in Jacksonville and St Johns Florida.
We are licensed by APD and support services are paid for via Med Waiver. We offer 24 hour Residential Habilitation (Standard) in our group homes and Life Skills Development 1 (Companion) every week day.
We take pride in our clean and safe environment. Our experienced and caring staff provide client centered support. We work with our clients and their families to make progress on individual client goals. We emphasize client choice, individualized support, and high levels of encouragement and celebration.
